Liposuction ("lipoplasty"):

Tummy tuck surgery ("abdominoplasty"):

Neck lift surgery:

Loose and redundant skin in the neck region are removed to alleviate thick bands in the neck giving off an undesirable "turkey-neck" appearance. For optimal results, liposuction may also be performed along with this procedure.
